Single, high-voltage, low-distortion current-feedback operational amplifier with a 235MHz -3dB bandwidth and 7300V/µs slew rate. Features a 9.5mA operating supply current, 280mA output current per channel, and a 2nV/sqrt Hz input voltage noise density. Operates from dual supply voltages between 5V and 15V, with a maximum supply voltage of 30V.
Packaged in an 8-SO PowerPAD with a 4.89mm length, 3.9mm width, and 1.48mm height. RoHS compliant and suitable for operation between -40°C and 85°C.
