Submitting an RFQ or order does not constitute a binding contract until we issue a written order confirmation. Payment terms will be specified in the order confirmation or invoice. We accept wire transfers, credit cards, and other payment methods as agreed upon.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on product availability, customs clearance, and carrier schedules. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier. International shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer.

7. Returns & Warranty

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for defective or non-conforming products, subject to our inspection and approval. Manufacturer warranties apply as specified in the relevant product documentation. Custom or special-order items may not be eligible for return.
