Dual precision operational amplifier featuring rail-to-rail input and output. CMOS process technology provides a typical gain bandwidth product of 0.35 MHz. Maximum input offset voltage is 0.05 mV at 5V, with maximum input bias current of 0.0005 uA at 5.5V. Operates from single supply voltages of 1.8V to 5.5V or dual supply voltages from ±0.9V to ±2.75V.
Housed in an 8-pin VSON EP package with a 3.15mm x 3.15mm footprint, suitable for surface mounting.
