It offers 33 programmable I/Os, three timers, and supports CAN, I2C, SPI, and UART interfaces. Packaged in a 64-pin TQFP (10.2mm x 10.2mm x 1.05mm) with 0.5mm pin pitch, it is suitable for automotive applications with an operating temperature range of -40°C to 125°C.
