Four-channel operational amplifier featuring a 1MHz bandwidth and Rail-to-Rail Input/Output (RRIO) operation. This CMOS amplifier offers a 1MHz gain bandwidth product, 1V/µs slew rate, and 124dB voltage gain. Operating from 2.7V to 5.5V, it consumes 150µA quiescent current per channel and delivers 15mA output current. The 14-SOIC package provides a 76dB CMRR and 90.46dB PSRR, suitable for operation between -40°C and 85°C.
