16-bit multiplying digital-to-analog converter (DAC) with a 2MS/s conversion rate. Features 1LSB integral and differential nonlinearity, 16LSB full-scale error, and a 0.5µs settling time. Operates with a single supply voltage range of 2.7V to 5.5V and a low supply current of 3µA. Packaged in a 28-SSOP with gold contact plating, suitable for surface mount technology.
RoHS compliant and operates across a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.
