16-bit, single-channel, voltage output digital-to-analog converter (DAC) with an SPI interface. Features ultralow glitch voltage, 200 kS/s conversion rate, 1 LSB differential nonlinearity, and 12 LSB integral nonlinearity. Operates from a 2.7V to 5.5V single supply with a nominal current of 160µA. Offers a signal-to-noise ratio of 95dB and a spurious-free dynamic range of 87dB.
Packaged in an 8-VSSOP with gold contact plating, suitable for operation between -40°C and 105°C.
