Dual 12-bit multiplying digital-to-analog converter, featuring a 1.25MS/s conversion rate and SPI interface. This monolithic CMOS IC offers 1LSB integral and differential nonlinearity, with a full-scale error of 3LSB. Operating from a 4.5V to 5.5V supply, it provides two DAC channels with a settling time of 0.8µs.
Packaged in a 16-PDIP with gold contact plating, it operates within a -40°C to 85°C temperature range.
