Offers 1 LSB differential and integral nonlinearity with a 74 dB signal-to-noise ratio and 98 dB spurious-free dynamic range. Supports single-ended input with up to 3 analog inputs and a bipolar/unipolar polarity. Operates from a 4.75V to 5.25V single supply voltage, consuming a maximum of 35mW.
SPI interface and gold contact plating are standard.
