Eight-channel, 12-bit analog-to-digital converter (ADC) with a 50 MS/s conversion rate. Features differential inputs, LVDS and parallel interfaces, and a bipolar polarity. Operates from a 3V to 3.6V supply voltage with a typical power consumption of 512mW. Integral nonlinearity is 1.5 LSB and differential nonlinearity is 0.75 LSB, with a signal-to-noise ratio of 70 dB.
Packaged in a 12mm x 12mm x 1mm HTQFP with gold contact plating for surface mounting.
