High-resolution delta-sigma Analog-to-Digital Converter (ADC) featuring 31-bit resolution and a 4MS/s sampling rate. This bipolar, differential input ADC offers a 124dB Signal-to-Noise Ratio (SNR) and 123dB Spurious-Free Dynamic Range (SFDR). Operates with dual supply voltages from 2.15V to 2.65V and single supply from 4.75V to 5.25V.
Designed for high-temperature environments, with an operating range of -55°C to 210°C. Includes an SPI serial interface and is packaged in a 28-pin CDIP.
