Operates with a 1.65V to 3.6V analog supply and 4.75V to 5.25V digital supply. SPI interface, bipolar polarity, and gold contact plating in a 64-HTQFP package.
Suitable for wide bandwidth applications with an operating temperature range of -40°C to 105°C.
