16-bit Delta-Sigma Analog-to-Digital Converter (ADC) with a 125 kSPS conversion rate and 16 analog inputs. Features 1 LSB Integral Nonlinearity (INL) and Differential Nonlinearity (DNL). Operates with a dual supply voltage range of 2.25V to 2.75V and a single supply voltage of 4.75V to 5.25V.
Supports SPI interface and bipolar/unipolar polarity. Packaged in a 48-VQFN with gold contact plating for surface mounting, operating from -40°C to 105°C.
