Harris Semiconductor

Harris Semiconductor, historically part of Harris Corporation's semiconductor division, produced space-grade and military-qualified ICs including radiation-hardened processors, data converters, and analog switches. Following Harris's divestiture, these product lines were absorbed into Intersil (later Renesas) and Microchip/Microsemi. Legacy Harris part numbers remain critical in aerospace, satellite, and defense systems with multi-decade service lives.
