ISO5125I complements Power Integrations' 1SP0335 and 1SP0340 SCALE-2 high-voltage IGBT drivers ISO5125 DC/DC converters are offered with various isolation voltages to cover the complete range of 4.5 kV to 12 kV IGBT applications from 2-level to multi-level topologies....
