Features ultralow glitch, 200 kS/s conversion rate, 1 LSB differential nonlinearity, and 8 LSB integral nonlinearity. Operates from a 2.7V to 5.5V supply, consuming 1mW and 160uA supply current. Offers 95dB signal-to-noise ratio and 87dB spurious-free dynamic range.
Packaged in an 8-VSSOP with gold contact plating, suitable for operation between -40°C and 105°C.
