Operates from a 2.7V to 3.3V supply voltage with a nominal supply current of 5.4mA. Offers 61dB SNR and 75dB SFDR, with integral nonlinearity of 8LSB and full-scale error of 2LSB.
Packaged in a 48-TQFP with gold contact plating, suitable for operation between -40°C and 85°C.
