About ROHM
Founded in 1958 in Kyoto, Japan, ROHM Co., Ltd. started as a resistor manufacturer (the name derives from "R-OHM") and evolved into a vertically integrated semiconductor company producing everything from SiC wafers to finished power modules in-house. ROHM operates fabrication facilities in Japan, Thailand, the Philippines, and China.
ROHM's power device division is a pioneer in silicon carbide, offering SiC MOSFETs, Schottky barrier diodes, and full-bridge modules for EV traction inverters, onboard chargers, and solar string inverters.
